“We just like to clarify that based on Proclamation 831 that was issued in July 2014, this coming Feb. 25 will be a regular working day for all workers,” said Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr.

“It will only be a school holiday and the regular course of work will not be affected. It will be a regular working day,” he added.
