Globe Telecom users frustrated with the company’s network failures after Typhoon Glenda shut down Metro Manila and other areas have turned to social networking sites to vent their anger.
Subscribers have expressed anger over the failure of the telecom service provider to restore its services immediately, a setback that has left them unable to make calls, send messages, avail promos, and browse the internet.
In the early hours of today, subscribers of the telecom network were unable to make calls, text messages, or browse the internet.
Also, several pre-paid subscribers of Globe Telecom were unable to use text and call promos. Users of Globe Tattoo Broadband could not connect to internet.
As of press time, Globe Telecom gave no updates regarding today’s network failures.
Excruciating Anger
