The five Philippine presidential contenders – Vice President Jejomar Binay, Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, Senator Grace Poe, former interior secretary Manuel “Mar” Roxas II, and Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago – will face off Sunday night (April 24) in a debate in Pangasinan.

The debate starts at 6:00 p.m. Philippine Standard Time. It will be aired live on ABS-CBN, live-streamed at news.abs-cbn.com, and on the ABS-CBNmobile MHP mobile apps for all users by texting to 2135 for 1-day full access and then choosing livestream via ABS-CBN HD or regular ABS-CBN stream. The Filipino Channel (TFC) via IPTV and TFC.tv will simulcast the debate. Live audio will be available via DZMM 630.

The event, taking place at the Student Plaza of the Phinma-University of Pangasinan campus, is hosted by Commission on Elections, the Kapisanan ng mga Broadcasters ng Pilipinas (KBP), ABS-CBN and Manila Bulletin.

ABS-CBN’s Karen Davila and Tony Velasquez will moderate the town hall debate.

Tonight’s event marks the 3rd and final debate of the PiliPinas Debates 2016.

The first leg of the Pilipinas Debates 2016 was held on February 21 at the Mini-Theater Building of the Capitol University in Cagayan de Oro. It aired on GMA Network and was simulcast on Super Radyo DZBB, RGMA stations and KBP-affiliated radio stations nationwide. The Mindanao leg was moderated by Mike Enriquez and Jessica Soho of GMA Network and John Nery of inquirer.net.

The Visayas leg or the second leg of the PiliPinas Debates 2016 was aired simultaneously over TV5, AksyonTV, Bloomberg TV Philippines, Radyo5 92.3 News FM and KBP-affiliated radio stations nationwide. It was moderated by News5 chief Luchi Cruz-Valdez.
