A SHOCKING video of an accident between a van and a tricycle in San Roque, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija has been uploaded to Facebook by Antonio Dulay.
The serious road accident happened last October 29, 2014 at around 6:15 a.m. Although there was no video of the fatal collision between the two vehicles, the aftermath video shows 3 unconscious victims including a kid lying on the road.
The impact was so severe, the sidecar of the tricycle was separated from the motorcycle. Victims were thrown far away from the tricycle. According to Kenneth Baluyot, who happened to be in the area when the accident happened, the three victims were a father, a mother and a daughter. He said the father and the daughter were dead on the spot while the mother was in critical condition and was brought to a hospital.
The footage also shows some spectators saying the child was still alive and needed to be brought to a hospital, but no one acted so. Others commented why no one brought the victims to a hospital, but they didn’t also acted.
The accident caused heavy traffic that led most of the passersby to stop and see the concerned victims.
Authorities had not released the names of those involved in the accident. Searching Google, no major media outlet has reported the same, but the video that was uploaded last October 29 has gone viral online. The video has been shared more than 3,000 times and viewed more than 110,000 as of press time.
