This dude might be the hottest police officer in Quezon City Police Department. He has been dubbed by the netizens as the “Hot Cop of QCPD.”
The guy of the viral photos above was ridiculously good-looking as described by several netizens. Some have asked who was this hot police officer.

Since the appearance of his photos wearing a police uniform, the Instagram account of the alleged police officer was constantly being commented with praises and jokes. Some commented they were willing to commit a crime just to be arrested by this hot dude.
Netizens later found out that this guy is actually a college student at Ateneo de Manila University and his name is Neil Dy. He is not a police officer. The uniform he was wearing was just his costume for Halloween.
