Ruben Gabona says that he opened a can of Del Monte’s Heart Smart pineapple juice recently only to find a horrible giant black object inside.
When they compared it with another can that has an expiry date of February 2016, they found out it has a great difference: earlier can has a darker content possibly due to the black object believed to be a horrible giant mold growing inside. The can has an expiry date of December 2014.
Although the pineapple juice can was already opened when the video began, the uncovering of the can was caught on camera, which they found out a “black residue”.
Ruben writes on his Facebook account: “Babala sa mga mahilig uminom ng de latang inumin. Panoorin ang aking karanasan tungkol sa Heart Smart daw ng Del Monte. Kung nagkataon, heart / health hazard pala.”
The video which went viral online has already been shared more than 6,500 times on Facebook. It has earned also more than 175,000 views as of press time since it was uploaded on Facebook last October 23.
