Watch Miss Earth 2017 live streaming online on November 4. The coronation night is scheduled on Satuday night at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay. Katherine Espín of Ecuador will crown her successor at the end of the event.
This year’s pageant theme is Heroines Fighting Climate Change.

Philstar reported that Miss Earth Philippines 2017 Karen Ibasco has won a gold medal for her Maria Clara-inspired national costume designed by Louis Pangilinan. She is now the leading candidate with the most medals in the competition, with a total of five medals — three golds and two silvers.
Miss Vietnam comes second, with three gold and two bronze medals.
Karen Ibasco, a medical physicist who is an advocate for energy conservation through the renewable and sustainable energy, will compete with 85 other contestants for the crown.
