According to an update from the PRC, the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) has been rescheduled from July 27, 2014 to August 17, 2014 with new deadline of filing.
The Commission announced the change in exam date citing Commission Resolution No.838 series of 2014, “there is a need to reschedule the BLEPT as well as other licensure examinations that will be affected including the Physician and the Sanitary Engineer licensure exam to ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of the exams”.
The very reason of the change of exam dates, which were also approved by the Professional Regulatory Boards for Professional Teachers, Medicine and Sanitary Engineering, is to give way to the centennial anniversary celebration of the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) which coincides with the July 27, 2014 BLEPT.
The new deadline of filing for the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), which is set to take place on August 17, 2014, is June 15, 2014 (Sunday). For those who have questions in mind if PRC office is open on said date (Sunday), please call your respective PRC office. You may also ask them if the deadlines for both the first-timers and the repeaters are the same.
