- Ilocos Sur – classes in all levels
- Cainta, Rizal – classes in preschool to high school (public only)

Earlier reports said Ilocos Norte and the town of Narvacan in Ilocos Sur are now under a state of calamity due to heavy rains and floods caused by tropical storm ‘Mario’.
As of this posting, the towns of Narvacan, Santa Barbara, and Santo Domingo in Ilocos Sur are still flooded, while other municipalities are isolated by landslides.
The Ilocos Norte-Cagayan road is also not passable due to landslides.
Power supply has yet to be restored in affected areas.
